Hi Frank, when I plug my camera in this app takes the photography functionality away from the camera itself, and uses the app instead. Can you just use the app to preview photos you've just taken through the viewfinder? When I plug the iPad in it shuts the viewfinder down so I can't take photos through the camera anymore.
@FrankDoorhof11 күн бұрын
That's weird and not normal. Unless you're in live view mode probably. I just use it to tether. You see the filmrol and if showa the images coming in.

ICE frozen water, a brittle transparent crystalline solid. "the pipes were blocked with ice" FOG a thick cloud of tiny water droplets suspended in the atmosphere at or near the earth's surface which obscures or restricts visibility You need to work on your language and the words you choose since the use of specific terms is the key to working with others and using specific terminology to get the effect(s) you want. I suppose if all you do is work alone you can call things whatever you want. So smoke, haze, and fog are all different effects with specific terms. There is no effect using particulate called “Ice.” Do not use the terms FOG and SMOKE interchangeably as they are not the same and using them as such is a complete lack of effect and substance knowledge. Smoke rises and diffuses quickly while fog falls and spreads acting much more like water. The look is quite different too and confusing the terms is like saying right when you mean left. Being able to talk credibly and accurately about the effect you want see enhances your ability to be taken seriously. PRO TIP: you can add a very, very small (less than a drop) of essential oil to your fog/smoke to make it more pleasing. I like Jasmine or Cinnamon sent myself. A lot of people use vanilla which becomes nauseating. I also recommend no airflow in a room where you are working if you can. Also, have low-speed low low-volume fans and are helpful to steer smoke or diffuse the haze for a controlled effect.
@FrankDoorhof12 күн бұрын
I do my best but I'm not a native English speaker. I think I do get my message around most of the time. Airflow kills the smoke. When we work with smoke the studio has no open doors or running fans indeed. It does not matter that much with our larger smoke machines. But with the smaller ones it does. What I meant with ice With the old machines we sometimes ran the smoke through ice to make it stick to the bottom part longer. Smoke i mean the more heavy clouds Fog the thicker smoke but without the clouds Haze the very faint smoke that is great for drawing lines or shapes with light. Have been explaining it like that for 20+ years ;) Hope it makes sense for an English speaker

@FrankDoorhof13 күн бұрын
I think it's the camera compression. It's about 3mtrs from the back. However I'm using part as a curve i think that gives the suggestion she is much closer.
@Welwynnick14 күн бұрын
It's an interesting product, but just one comment. You said SPDIF was a good digital audio connection. It may be better than HDMI, but it has it's own problems. Because both the data and the clock are carried on a single channel, the data modulates the clock and causes audible jitter. Much better to use separate clock and data lines, or to use isochronous flow control such as HATS, PQLS, HDMI ARC or asynchronous USB.

@FrankDoorhofАй бұрын
@Cynowyn vreemd.

Hi Frank, I am not able to connect my Nikon Z7ii to the iPad via Cascable using the proper cord for tether? Any suggestions?

It is on the list so it should work Does it work on other software (desktop) Make sure to check Usb settings on the camera that it's using USB tethering and not harddrive mode for example.
@delsyr715Ай бұрын
@FrankDoorhof in the camera, it shows the mtp/ptp, which I select as ok. I don't know if I need a different cable....? It should work with the USB-C to lightning, but it is not. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Turn off the IPad. The same issue is like they don't see each other.
@FrankDoorhofАй бұрын
You say USB to lighting as in a direct convertor ? Don't think that works. The new ipads with usbc should work without any convertors What sometimes works on the older ipads is the camera Connection kit which also has a USBA port but it is supposed to be different from a usbc to lighting convertor

Recently, I have seen many users reporting that Seagate’s data recovery service has many problems. Situations range from poor customer communication to direct destruction of hard drives before the case is completed. It may be because this service has been in operation for too long and has started CostDown based on cost considerations. This record has been passed for six years Should we visit again to compare whether their relevant services have improved after six years or have deteriorated for some unexplainable reasons?

@@FrankDoorhof @huwevans4452 Do this to do batch processing: Load serveral picctures in Topaz Photo AI and develop the first one. Then hold shift and click on the last one so that all images are active. Next you click on the 3 dots of the first image that you have already edited, hover over "Apply" and then choose "Current Settings to Selected Images". As a result, Topaz will ask you, if you really want to do this. Klick yes. Then Topaz applys the settings of the first pictures to all selected pictures.
