Nah How many child are complaining about CSX like it’s time to stop complaining, it’s been a year since y’all have been complaining and it’s time to move on and stop crying about it. Just grow up!

The quality of both the video & the audio is superb! I especially enjoyed the arial views. What was most refreshing to me was being able to see this high-quality video & enjoy the uninterrupted sounds of the train. I realize you can't cram the entire route into just 16 minutes, but perhaps in the future you could produce longer video that does. I will enjoy watching this wonderful video many more times! Thanks!

I have got to see Canadian Pacific 2816 operating and idled under steam at one spot over at the CPKC headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, Canada back two months ago in April 24th 2024.

Wonderful, this was excellent and one of the best videos that showed off the station. It was great. Thank you.

Your coverage is better than any of the TV stations. Yours is about the building and its history. All the other coverage was more like a Ford advertisement. Thanks for ask your great videos.

I was there June 7th. It's an absolutely gorgeous building. The crowds were much thicker when I visited.

We lived in Jackson, Michigan (some 75 miles west of Detroit) from 1950 to 1956. Once or twice a year my mom and I would take a morning train from Jackson to spend the day shopping in Detroit; we would return on the Twilight Limited, which left Detroit around 4:45 PM and arrived in Jackson at about 6:00PM. The station in Detroit was splendid, and very busy!

A great video, I often looked at that imposing building from Windsor, and wondered what it would be like inside, the closest that I ever got was when I went to repair a track mobile in the tunnel and had to come out on the US side, thanks for posting this video.

I really hope that Michigan Central Station will one day see Amtrak trains again. Not only that, it could also serve as a hub for a Detroit commuter rail system.

Fantastic video, thank you so much for sharing! If you check the very first video I made called Layout tour, I had an N-Scale model built of this station. Its a one off. What a wonderful piece of history and great memories for me as well. Thanks for this wonderful jump back in time.

I'd love to see a follow up video of this after yesterday's reopening... Hopefully train service could also one day be restored to the site if Amtrak moved back in and the streetcar was extended to it! Plus you know, Commuter Rail that's been talked about/planned forever but has never taken off in any meaningful way but should!

I moved to Oahu from Japan in 1977. I was sad there as no railway system here. My dad told me there was a track from Waianae to Haleiwa during early 1900 to transport sugarcane. Now there are no tracks. Waianae to Haleiwa was able to 4 wheel in the early 80’s, but it’s impassable now. I’ve been living here over 40 years, but never rode the Oahu Railway. There’s a story, at the and of Waianae side there was a Japanese man named “Yokohama” who maintained the points. That place is called the “Yokohama Bay Beach Park”. Aloha!
