I would never grovel for a man to take me back, especially if I was in love with another man. Olivia is still feeling guilty about her & Phillip causing Alan to have a fake heart attack....I don't know what Olivia ever saw in Alan in the first place. Alan is the type of person whom I could never even remotely begin to like as a friend, let a lone talk myself into believing that I cared or loved him. I hate seeing Olivia grovel. Alan was lucky that he had a beautiful woman, such as Olivia. Olivia was the one settling.

Phillip was the cruelest to Olivia out of the women he was with. He's evil & is holding a grudge for Olivia cutting him out of the birth of Emma & kept him out of Emma's first 2 months of Emma's life. At the rate Phillip was going, with him wanting to control everything, he would have ended up in the mental hospital before Olivia gave birth anyway. That Electroshock Therapy did more harm than good, when it came to treating Phillip. Alan may not be his biological father, but he sure has his traits. Holds grudges & has the claustrophobia as well as panic attacks. With a bad case of EVIL. There was no need to treat Olivia the way he did. I really liked Phillip in the beginning. I liked him & Olivia together. Phillip let Alan & Alexandra get in his head. ......and everything that went wrong in the Spaulding household, Alexandra blamed it all on Olivia. Their household was dysfunctional & full of mental cases long before Olivia got in the picture. Lillian was the only sane person with a brain in that house.

Olivia needs to stop making light of this. The doctor wouldn't have come to her if he wasn't concerned. Olivia of all pèople should know. If Lizzie wants in bad enough, Lizzie's going to find a way. Phillip needs to stop acting like he's suppose to fix everything. He's been controlling everything his whole life & when his controlling ways comes to a hault, he loses his mind. Ends up in a nut hospital.

Olivia could have gone to court and request that Alan has a mental health evaluation & request there be supervision rights at her home, with her being the supervisor, because she's not in Alan's pocket. She can prove that Emma isn't safe in the spaulding house, due to the number of head cases in that home. Starting with Lizzie, who tried harming her while she was pregnant with Emma, trying to harm the baby. She can also get the psychiatrist to testify to Lizzies behavior a year prior, in çourt.

Bill & Olivia just made up. Then she turns around & tries to blackmail Billy. Billy knew Bill was in the building, that's why he put the intercom on. Olivia makes life harder for herself. She should have told Bill what Jonathan found out about his father & tell Bill what his dad had been saying to her. Especially the names he calls her.

Olivia was speaking the truth. Josh only got frisky with Olivia, because he saw that Reva was showing her man some love. He got hot & bothered, because he wants Reva. I have never in my life seen 2 divorced people engrossed in each other's lives, as much as Josh & Reva are. So what if there's children involved. They're not baby's. Josh you're married to Olivia. You shouldn't be following Reva around watching what she's doing. You should only have eyes for your wife & you should be living a separate life without Reva being involved, and the kids either, for that matter. The children are at the ages where they should be with their friends hanging out. Not worrying about or trying to break up Josh & Olivia. The only time Josh was near Olivia, was when she went to him. He kept lurking around Reva. Josh is the reason Olivia started being dirty while dealing with the business. She wanted to catch Josh's attention and keep his attention. But she lost him anyway.

Carly changed her name for a reason. Why does she let Lawrence continue to call her Katarina? She laid that name to rest. Its in the graveyard. I hate when Lawrence calls her by her old name. Like hes special or something.

I never liked Lawrence. He's teaching his son how to be manipulative. Nikki has no discipline. He's one of those children who could commit a crime, & because he's never been told no, or been held accountable, he would get away with murder. They would say he suffers from Affluenza. Nikki's the type of child who would never be allowed to come to my house.

Olivia had legitimate reasons for doing what she did, as far as keeping Emma from him. Lizzy is a danger to Emma. That whole Spaulding family is mental. Beth & Gus included. Olivia marrying Phillip had everything to do with protecting Phillip & Emma. But when he started with his not so subtle physical & emotional threats, that's when Olivia started thinking about Emma & herself only. Olivia is right. Phillip is sicker than what he was before. That electroshock therapy he had done, did a number on his brain. This Phillip is a monster. I was rooting for them in the beginning. But the storyline interfered with Crystal Chappells maternity leave. I wish they had taken the storyline in a different direction. Olivia could have called him when she got settled. Gave him the choice to be with her or not, so he could be there during the delivery. Maybe he wouldn't have gone as bonkers as he was.

Phillip is evil. He's sick looking.

Billy needs to worry about himself & the relationship he doesn't have. Why can't Olivia look for some dirt on Alan like she's doing with Billy? I wish Olivia would stop letting Alan scare her.

Alan is trying his best to break up Olivia & Bill. He's so bitter against Olivia, because she didn't love him the way he wanted her too. So he doesn't want to see her happy. But Alan isn't successful in breaking them up. Their love for each other is too strong.

Alan only wanted to sleep with Olivia, because he hadn't slept with her, since he birth control was switched. He wanted to get Olivia pregnant. But little did he know, Olivia was already pregnant before she slept with him. I'm so happy the writers got it right, by not making Alan the father.

Phillip must have forgotten that he cheated on Harley with Beth, when the plane went down & worse, Beth got pregnant with James. He begged Harley for forgiveness, because he was still in love with Harley. But she went ahead & divorced him anyway. So Phillip should open his heart and ears & listen to Olivia. She is in love with him. And only him. Yes, she loves Alan, but not in the way, that she is, "In Love with Phillip".

When it comes to men & relationships, Olivia is very insecure. Alan plays on her insecurities. Olivia is a very smart & intelligent woman, when it comes to business. But Alan knows just what buttons to push, when it comes to Olivia, just wanting a man to love her for who she is. Did Olivia forget, that Alan told her from the beginning, that he'll never trust her. That in itself should tell you, Alan isn't the man for you. I hate that Olivia falls for Alan's crap every single time. I wish Phillip would follow his heart. Especially after reading Olivia's letter. He knows his father manipulated the whole scenario. So why not forgive Olivia for letting her insecurities get the worst of her. Just Love her, help her with those insecurities. Build her up. Don't continue to knock her down while she's already down. Phillip, you didn't have to refer to Olivia as a tramp, to your father. She is suppose to be the woman whom you professed your love too. You both made yourselves available to each other and this is what you do? You call it quits? Phillip, not everything Olivia does is calculated. She sometimes lets her judgement get clouded. And that of course is due to her insecurities.

Olivia, you don't have to lie about Reva not being at the hospital. Be an adult, take the high road.

Reva acts like she was born a Lewis. She was their maids daughter who married 3 Lewis men. I guess that entitles her to claim the Lewis bloodline. Reva acts like she's better than Olivia. All of the women in Springfield think they're better than Olivia. I have news for them. None of them are better. Olivia worked hard to get where she is. She came from nothing. But you wouldn't know it, just by looking at her. Reva really hasn't made a good name for herself. She was known as the town sl*t. She's been married more than everyone on the show. She has 5 kids by 4 different men. Beth has 3 children by 2 different men. Harley has 3 children by 3 different men. Cassie has 3 kids. 1 adopted, but the other 2 have different dads. Olivia, 2 children, 2 father's. But one of them was due to r**e. She isn't at fault for that child. So it's 1 child, 1 father for Olivia. Blake is a non factor. I forget about her.

I loved Harley and Phillip. I hated how the writers made them become so toxic.

I don't get Olivia. She's a smart & very strong woman. I don't know why she doesn't tell Bill, what Alan has her doing. He could help her. I'm so tired of her trying to do everything on her own. I don't know why she always believes Alan. If someone had me committed to a mental hospital, there's no way I'd be working for his company. Alan is holding a grudge against Olivia, because she loved, slept with & had a baby with Phillip. And she didn't love him. As many times she's worked for Spaulding, she has never gotten ahead & she never will. Alan just strings her around, like a marionette. And she falls for the okie doke, every time....The only person Olivia didn't lie too or keep secrets from, was Natalia, after Gus died. She was mean to her in the beginning, but after she fell for her, she couldn't even bring herself to cheat on her with Josh & they weren't even an item yet.

Alan should have been put in jail for this. He tackled her & held her down. As far as I am concerned, that's kidnapping.

Ewwww, I refuse to watch Olivia kiss & sleep with Alan. That old geezer is 17 years older than Olivia. That's so gross.

I love Olivia, God knows I do. But she should stay by herself. I understand wanting to get ahead in life, for your child's sake, but not to the tune of selling your soul to the devil himself....Bill is a liar & keeps secrets from Olivia, then wants to start in on Olivia for doing the same thing. Every time he see's Harley, he makes up a lie & goes out to see her. Then he can't understand why Olivia is upset.

I never saw this when it originally aired, so discovering Olivia's journey from Josh to Alan/Philip is fascinating. The performances from everyone are stellar. However, this scene is so hard to watch. I don't understand how Olivia could see Philip's mental state and essentially push him further over the edge. Of course, I understand the threat from Livvie, but there had to be another way. This just feels cruel. Grant is killing these scenes. This whole storyline is his greatest work on the show.
