Right on field trip to Arizona in this episode. Different approaches and diversity in Hotdog preparations. Thank you for introducing the Sonoran hotdog and giving me ideas for my next cook. I used to think the same thing. I was purely a mustard guy for so long. What’s great about hot dogs is that they are a blank canvas and you can enjoy them anyway you like. Thanks for watching and for the comment.

Man-o-man, those dogs looked great, including the birria dog. Please, I'll trade one wife for one of those please! Hahaha, who knew that Tucson had such a dog scene? I grew up in Wichita, KS, and our local chain called "Dog-n-Shake had those same buns that were cut on the sides and sliced on top like the first dogs in this show, and IMO that is the best way, it seems to toast the sides better that way. Thanks for another great, high-quality video that deserves much more recognition; seeing the "algorithm" doing its thing is strange.

Right off the i-10 and sunshine Blvd in eloy AZ is a hot dog stand called ALVARADO DOGS, and they make really awesome sonoran dogs, too. Their my favorite.

You are taking your life into your own hands by adding mustard; I'm from Chicago, really; if you put mustard on a dawg, some people may kill you. I was at a dawg stand and ordered the regular Chi-Dawg, "as we call it in Chi-city," with bbq and mayo; I sat down in the park with the rest of the locals like me, you know, a bunch of tough guys. I'm a tough guy. We saw some traveling salesman guy with more pomade in his hair than...hair. The salesman ordered a dog. The dog-man sold him a dog, but after he asked for mustard on it, the vendor tried to take it back so that he could throw it in the guy's face, as any reasonable Weiner-man would. The salesman ran off and put a bunch of Frenches mustard packets that he had in his pocket on that dog and swallowed it whole, including the wrapper, in one swallow. I cant say no to a nice bowl of Chicago mustard, pickle, and hot dog soup though.
