What model pumpkin? Nice riding! Did that HS back around 2005 when they had it in cold wet and snotty December- was a beast and it kicked my butt! Lol

Hi Jason excellent race, I will be racing a 150 xcw this year, I am a Super Senior 50+ and am wondering if you have any mods done to the bike, motor or any tips, tricks or add on that might help. Suspension is out for a revalve, JD jetting kit and a FMF gold series Fatty pipe. Looking at a RK TEK head insert. Thanks

I have the RK tek head insert. Just recently went with a Keihin 38mm carb with a JD jet kit. As you know, the 150 is just a blast to ride. I have 2020 YZ250FX, it's a great bike but I keep finding myself jumping on the 150, lol.

@Woodsrider9338 Yes, nothing huge, but it seemed to give it a little more torque down low and mid.

That log 16 mins, lol. I never saw it. Even in the video, it looks like it just appears. Probably just my old eyes, lol. Guess that's the danger of trying to straighten the course 😂.

Thank you, I run IRC v33s in the rear and IRC v35 for the front. I've been using this combo for a while and really like them.

what tires were you running ?

IRC V33s (soft compound) on the rear with tubliss around 7 psi for this race. It holds up pretty good for a soft compound tire. Front is Dunlap Geomax AT81f. It was on the bike when I bought it. It has a little wear and it did not feel great in the slick stuff. It will be coming off soon. I've had good luck with the IRC ve35f on the front.

Oh yea, I remember you sliding in the creek. You kept it upright 😀. I probably would have done the same thing, easy to miss the trail on the first lap.

That sucks bro, nothing worse than sitting there and watching everyone race. I was in 45C and saw you sitting there as I came through. I had carb issue last race at Hangman a mile into it but was able to make a new trail back through the woods back to the truck with just a little more power above idle. Hope you get it sorted bud.

Thanks for the sympathy :) yea it does stink sitting there watching everyone go by. So much work and prep to be over in 17 mins, lol. I gues it could be worst. I did find my problem and its all sorted out now.
