You got type 4 hair? If so then it probably has been growing but you just can’t notice it, also make sure to trim your hair every 3 months and you’re good.

Damn your scalp really flakes up. Try to reduce the amount of oil you use and prioritize moisturizing with a water based product (aloe, rose water, distilled / filtered water, etc) and probably consider washing your hair more.

Guys remember oils do NOT moisturize your hair they can only LOCK IN MOISTURE !! Deep conditioning, distributing your conditioner in your hair evenly and letting it sit for 2-3 minutes then rinsing with cold water , and lastly USE A LEAVE IN CONDITIONER!! even on my protective styles I use a spray leave in conditioner or a cream leave in conditioner in a spray bottle with water mix it together and spray ! Then lock in in with oil if you want but be wary of buildup !!
