Looks like he is already handtame. I am looking for ways to hand tame a 2 year old cockatiel that I just got. He is social, but won't let my fingers near him. He will let me feed him millet that I hold in my hand, but if I try to make him step up or my hand comes near him he gets mad.

Nice video. I was thinking about getting a green cheek conure but i already have 8 budgies. Cleaning their cages everyday, cleaning the floor etc just so tiring. Love the cuteness in albino and lutino budgies, head bouncing and female budgies argue sound. Love cockatiel whistling sound but afraid of the dust and dander. Maybe i should get a canary. Love chubby canaries. You have a girlfriend...... didn't see that coming 😂. Judging from the way you speak, i thought...... Never mind lol.

Hi Aaron, my green cheek conure regurgitates food very often. He doesn't puke though, he reguritates to his mouth and eats it again. According to google it's a normal behaviour but a second opinion would be very appreciated as I'm a new owner.

I have a Jenday and a green cheek. My Green cheek has more constant noise and really weird high frequency noise. My Jenday noise is ear piercing and you can hear him from really far away. My Jenday is way more loveable. Green cheek likes to fly into ur face.

I have put some toys in my conures cage. He bites on to those but sometimes he gets angry at the toys and becomes quite frustrated. Is it ok to behave him like that or should I take those out?

Our green cheek lives outside in our back patio within the pool cage. The only time ours is locked in the cage is at night. All summer it lives and sleeps outside. In the house when we are home.

if your conure is that aggressive its a huge failure on your part on properly training your bird.

My sun conure 6 month old male n he is so quiet he's very active but it's so rare when he makes noise . Where as the female sun conure my parents have is so loud lol

To me the only downside of a sun conure is that they can be insanely loud.

I just got a Turquoise Green Cheeky. Soooo adorable, sooooo clingy, noisy AF.

6:48 just get a poodle. the doodle breeds are actually harder coat wise because they're all over the map since it's a mixed dog. at least a poodle you know what you're getting.
