We're very happy to hear you found the video useful. This video discusses PRINCE2 6th Edition, if you completed your course recently this may have been in the updated version, PRINCE2 7, in which case you may find our updated webinar even more informative: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4mlfoSAr7WKa9U

My lecturer was "explaining" Prince 2 but so horribly, so I went on KZbin and this is so detailed, it makes so much sense. His slideshow copied yours but he couldn't explain anything in enough detail so thank you so much for making such a good video here <3

Good Morning Karen / Jemma / Andy, I have been fortunate to have viewed 2 of your webinars ( P27 Simplified, for the Beginner - Baking a Pie / Highlighting the difference between P26 / P27 Editions - A revise focal point on " People & Communication ) Inquiry to a Particular Scenario: A Construction Superintendent with strong field experience, receives and opportunity to take on a Project Manger Role for the first time, with a focus on " Planning / Delegating " Where do you think, that individuals primary focus on personal preliminary training should be directed ? Would you agree with an initial preparational approach of continual review of the 3 main pillars of the P27 House and available on-line Foundation examination trials? Is there a particular P27 Pillar the beginner should focus on for both understanding and exam preparation? Should focus be placed elsewhere. Thank you and Appreciated.

Thank you Karen, this was very informative and helpful. I have one comment, and it will most probably be an annoying one, so I should qualify it by saying that I am an English language teacher. When we conjugate the verb "to be" in the past simple or preterite tense, it follows: I was, you were, he/she/it was, we were, you (plural) were, they were. So, when you introduced the sentence with, 'If you was... etc.', it should be, 'if you were... etc.'. Alternatively, you could say: 'If we were... etc.'; or, 'If one was... etc.'. Sorry to come across like the 'grammar police', but I really believe that specifics like this are important to highlight, so that students of English learn the correct forms.

I think this is explained very well & succinctly, however, since the civil service developed this (with an original IT providers help) in the 1980's I'm struggling to see why I would follow what the civil service does, as clearly they are out of control financially and in every other way. I realise firms outside CS use this 'religiously' (and it may well work in the wider world) but where has it worked on major projects in the civil service exactly? Fundamentally, like 'Hoshin goals' / Green & black belts used in American firms, this all takes up unbelievable amounts of management time and is designed for committee type working with a lot of staff. Largely impractible in anything other than a massive organisation.

I did a lot of research to fetch the promising tutorials simply to comprehend and figure out the idea of PRINCE2 and how can be set into practically suitable and internalized, making it relevant to myself to add to my over 15 years of experience in project implementation and management, honestly, even I recommend to any other interested party to PRINCE2 - this stands as completely outstanding, simplified, generously presented, thank you so much for the time you're invested for the best interests of learners across the globe. May God bless you
