I can see a dirt-cheap sardine being "meh" compared to a normal priced, at the end of the day it's still a sardine, the difference between a $1, $5 and $20 can is only in the "juice" they're residing in. (unless they're "caught in the wild" or "bred in a fisk-tank" the sardine will just be a sardine)

Leave out the spam, and you get a relatively healthy dish. (You need the crunch? Consider tofu, or, much easier, seeds or kernels.)

Wouldve loved for each of these talented chefs to have their own video instead of being mashed together, esp since it just seemed like 2 seperate filmed scenes

If it only were "not a geek"! It's beyond that. He doesn't know any knife shit he ought to know (better). Japanese knife in hand and the steel, barbaric.
@LilFuupaАй бұрын
Yea, um props to the dude but I’m not listening knife advice from someone who says the hardest kind of steel is the easiest to sharpen. There’s a reason buck made their folder knives a softer steel, easier to sharpen. It’s harder to mess up with gentle strokes as it won’t change it much, which is probably why he likes em as he said he doesn’t like to remove much material so it’s good for him just not generally true.

Thank you for this amazing recipe! You're the only person I've seen that doesn't use wonton wrappers, and now I'm excited to try this for myself. I recently moved out of the country, which means no totinos, and suddenly had a craving for some.

What was the secret? Don't drink to many chelada's so your family members are all alive after the party is over? Not sure how positive feelings while cooking will help the food.
