What i have found personally is the model D will be worse quality compared to the Model D 2. so the Model D in a minecraft sense be better in terms of clicking faster and click rattles. But the Model D 2 is a lot lighter, shaped more erganomic and has all the same features!! so it just comes down to which mouse shape u prefer :D
