I'm quite mystified why people find it so difficult to eat a proper human diet. I started with eating all organic for about a year. Then I heard about paleo and I ate low carb, medium protein and high fat from grassfed beef. I did this with absolutely zero effort for 8 years. Then I heard about carnivore and that's what I do now....this step by step process was so easy. Lost 75lbs on paleo and all biomarkers are perfect.
