One thing that really gets on my nerves is people that don't make the distinction between cranking and starting there's a distinct difference between the two and we need to know what that difference is!!!

Leaving early is the key to it all. It sucks to sacrifice the sleep in the morning but it's also better when fewer are out on the road and you can just take your time without Jimbo riding your tail in his jacked up truck.

Building my own toilet with a urine diverter from England and a fan from Throne. I really like the way you installed the crank in the bucket. What type of car are you driving in the video? I’m moving to Maine and I wonder if my 2018 AWD RAV4 is good enough. It handles the West Coast Rocky weather. Wondering if the same is considered for Maine.
@LifetheWildRide Жыл бұрын
I am driving a jeep, I would argue that your RAV4 is probably better than this jeep. So yes if you have good tires and drive careful your RAV4 would be fine. In fact my parents drove a RAV four 2014 for years. Thanks for commenting and come back and let me know how you like Maine when you get here. What area do you plan to move to?
@AlexZ-lc6nl Жыл бұрын
Moving for a job in the Portland Maine area. I grew up in New England. I saw a comment about how bad Californians drive LOL. Currently in Denver, and imagine California drivers in this kind of road and weather. Sadly in Denver they don’t treat the roads. They plow just enough to leave a film of snow (that later compacts into an ice sheet) hoping that the sun melts it. Imagine going 40 mph and having people kiss your bumper and honk for going too slow and then realize they are from Cali or Florida. Funny enough, those are usually the ones who cause the accident or are in the accident. I enjoy the normality of this slow crawl through a snow road. Your roads look like the main roads in Denver after they plow. Sometimes they are kind and put a mix of sad and clay. But most of the time it’s just an odd icy slush. Thanks man! Truly appreciated the video.
@LifetheWildRide Жыл бұрын
I agree with you on the drivers that caused the problems. And that road that I’m driving on is I-95 and they usually keep it plowed very good that happened to be a particularly really bad storm and they were having a hard time keeping up. Portland is only 20 minutes from me I am south of Portland in Kennebunk.
@AlexZ-lc6nl Жыл бұрын
@@LifetheWildRide oh I know I-95 well. Drive it all my life up until my move west. Thanks for the comment. It helps me gauge things better. I’m sure It will be fine. I’m always 10 levels calmer when I visit New England lol. It’s wonderful lol. Except when I enter Boston or NYC. LOL

Our bus has a lot of rust under it and the metal between wood and frame supports is rusting through. Going to totally remove all of it to the frame and put in new supports, new galvanized metal and new wood on top… then pressure wash frame real good, then coat heavy underneath with POR15. What do you think? That should take care of the issue?
