Talking yourself into it is the hardest part. Your brain wants to make excuses why you ‘can’t do this’ but the truth is, anyone can do this. If you want a simplified home, it can be yours! The mental part is way harder than the physical part. If you believe a decluttered home would improve your life, I can’t think of any reason not to do it! #slowliving #simplehome #minimal #simpledecor

Friendly reminder while you’re decluttering! More doesn’t = more happy. More toys doesn’t = happier kids. More clothes if they’re not even clothes you like, doesn’t make you happier. The list goes on. I’d rather have less, and love all of it. As a minimal-ish Mom, I’m proof that you can live more simply and still love home decor, clothes etc. Follow along for more simple home tips + inspo!

Hi Erica, Although I am a grandma your video inspired me to keep on track and live a more simplified life without being a minimalist. I was fortunate enough to be home with my children until high school and then worked part time. There is something so calming about your personality and videos. Your family is so special! Hugs
