Where did you purchase the sticks? are u in the philippines or the states? because my group needs to get some sticks for our performance of singkil coming up in april

We are in the states. Some of our sticks are grown locally (we live in Hawaii) and some we purchase. Depending on your location and natural resources, it might be difficult to find and get. However, hopefully if you look into your local hardware/home improvement store you might be able to find some. Good luck!

Yes we know that. This video is not meant to be a formal tutorial and presentation of the actual clapping technique. There was a bunch of mess ups and that is why it is called "bloopers."

yes it is real bamboo. the reason for the wrapping of the package tape is to seal off the cracks.
