For the people that are here looking to fix their phone: my phone just did this on my way to work out of nowhere today. Took it up the Best Buy and unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. He suggested to replace the phone so I’m upgrading. sorry guys I know it made my day a little bit messy and not what u wanna hear. best of luck to you. (Side note: apple should be hit with a class action lawsuit for this. The problem is due to a software update not being correctly formatted for the iPhone 13 and 14. My phone automatically updated when on the charger. I know better than to upgrade a several year old phone to the newest iOS, so i wasn’t going to upgrade. There’s always been problems, but not to this scale where people have to get an entire new device. Apple should be held accountable.)
