I didn't understand Koumei's song so I looked up the English translation. I'm thinking maybe it's because it mentions brightness a few times and his name means Crimson light or bright crimson. Also mentions a 'King of bird catchers' and he is a King's candidate who loves birds, specifically pigeons. Kalakaua is supposed to mean 'day of battle' and he is Kou's military strategist. Yes, I'm reaching a little at this point. No, I don't care.

Now I am just thinking about the lady and tramp movie pretty much being Sinbads love life if he ever has one... Anyone else's? (Though I think Masrur theme is more Sinbad) (yama theme makes me think of when a character in the manga encouraged her and Sharken to marry. Such denial. I do think they,l get together eventually just based of some things).

um im not sure if im the only one to say this or not and i hate to point it out but as much as i love the movie spirit i dont think its Disney. last time i checked it was dreamworks.
