So...., at the end of the video they have 2 excavators trying to shovel out water from the work area while water is coming back in just as fast from the canal? Interesting waste of fuel , maintenance on the machines and wages for the workers involved.

Honestly, what or how much do these construction employers and especially their clients have in mind?! It's ridiculous to see you throwing earth into a flowing body of water, that nasty river must have so much mud on the bottom that nothing will hold. Sorry, I can't understand that, if you think about it for just five minutes and just have something in your head then you'll realize that it can't work like that, you should feel up the bottom with big stones, then earth or even better sand and that will hold!

I can’t understand why they are driving those dump trucks to the bottom, they have no brains? Isn't it easier to pour the soil from above, and the bulldozer at the bottom takes it and rake it?

If the tipper drivers were any good they'd at lesat try and gett a bit closer to the edge to help the dozer driver.
