Recently, while shifting our house goods from Ahmedabad to Bengaluru on 30.5.23. The goods were packed on 1.6.23 and delivered on 11.6.23 as against promised date of 7.6.23 that too after much follow-up. On receiving the goods, it was found that refrigerator (465 litre) was damaged, and many of the cartons were in damaged condition and were wet. Edible oils, liquid detergents, perfumes got leaked and due to that many of other items were also damaged. On claiming the compensation from Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd for the damage done to goods and mental harassment due to late delivery, they have offered an arbitrary amount of Rs.5000 stating that claim compensation is based on the extent of damage and declared goods. All the correspondences were reported to company’s director also, however, there is no response from them, indicating that the company’s management also have consented in giving pathetic service and not compensating also properly for the damage done due to their negligent and poor standard of services. We have been claiming the amount for the damage done to the good but the company has not responded other than offering a petty Rs.5000 without any logic. We would never suggest using Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd for any service. Be sure your priced and hard earned possession will be damaged with no solution.

APML are biggest thief , they are highly unprofessional, ill behaved, charges are very high as compared to others ... U wont get your belongings in correct condition.. they are pathetic, damaged all.. Higly Not recommended.

AMPL Pathetic service, totally unprofessional , they stop picking up your calls, I have booked them for 2 bhk shifting These guys took 2 days and stuff still in truck no team come to unload it I have never seen that bad coordination Never ever go with these people

I transferred my car from APML, and still waiting from last 12 days. They have worst service. They never call you back. Whenever, you call them, they will say they will call you back with details but they never do that. I suggest to never take services from this company.

Don’t go with apml(guy with a cap). I have a very bad experience recently with my car movement though they are original but now there services has degraded a lot. They kept my car at Nagpur warehouse for 10 days and whenever I use to call them they give the same response that it will be dispatch today tomorrow to bangalore. Even after multiple calls and complaints they haven’t taken any action. APML doesn’t deliver what they promise it has become like local transport service where your goods are not and lot of problems you need to face to get the consignment.

Shipping ki tension, you will be 10x more tensed if you rely on these Absolute frauds and irresponsible company. I have had the worst experience with These unp[rofessional idiots I booked and sent my consignment on 15th of November and it took them 2 weeks to sent it from there and the consignment reached my location on 2nd but they have not delivered it to me yet and saying illogical reasons and lying for the delay. I have been trying to contact the customer support and they are totally unprofessional and give disrespectful responses. Also even the regional head is unprofessional and rude and telling its not their responsibility. I payed around 10000Rs for shipping my bike with these irresponsible company and i dont feel safe at all sending even a safety pin with these people. Very rude, irresponsible and untrustworthy. Please dont lose your valuables sending them through these unprofessional people and you can find cheaper alternatives who does a better and responsible job than them. Never send anything through Agarwal Packers and Moviers.
