From what I have heard, pig's blood isn't as bad as it sounds. Even people who have tried it in its congealed form say that the flavor is a bit odd, but not revolting. The texture is supposed to be kind of spongey. However, having it liquified like that seems like it would be way more difficult to get down.

It just really tasted like very flavorful pork. The worst part was truly knowing what it was!
