There are bios settings you need to change, mine now runs at 30celcius in idle and 50/60 when in moderate use like runnning starfield and other background programs

@@AndrewCamberos i changed up my case fan orientation. It now pulls cool air from ontop and in front and is pushing it out down and behind side of the case. Ontop i stopped over locking the gpu and increased fan curve for gpu were it runs a little faster a little sooner. Temps went from. 70/80c average too 30c idle and 50/60 in moderate useage

I just bought a 7700, it is running hot. Later on, I found there is a thing called "core performance boost" is causing high temp. Just disabled and highly recommend to undervolt your cpu. Hope this help you guys 😅 (can anyone tell me what is the buzz sound appeared when high cpu usage? Is it normal and safe? I searched internet, someone said it is coil whrine, idk what is that)

You may actually get more fps with (certain) higher graphics settings, I’d argue you have a cpu bottleneck with low/medium. (I run a 7800x3d and Strix 4090, diff mobo and ram setup though)

Hi thanks for the benchmark, I also have an i5 12600 KF and I would be interested to know if this is enough to utilize a 4080S in 1440p reasonably. Did you get the 4080 running at full capacity in several games? A major bottleneck would be annoying. I currently have a 3070 and a 4080 Super would be a nice upgrade PS: why is your CPu only being used at 10% capacity? would be pleased to receive an answer thank you very much

Bront I dont see how stick drift is this big of a problem for a bunch of people. I've has quite a few controllers and not a single one of them has stick drift, neither my most recent one's (xbox series x controller and dualsense) neither my ps2/ps3 controllers that are pretty beaten up
