Hi, As a doctor of physical therapy with over 20 years of clinical practice, and 5 years of sales experience working in pharma, I appreciate this video. I will be applying to many MSL positions, and i was actually thinking about using a fake patient as part of a presentation. When I heard you say to use a pt as a centerpiece for a presentation, I was happy that I am on the right path.

Can i get in with master degree in pharmaceutical science ? I am a pharmacist from Indonesia. The thing is, pharmacist title is not a terminal title in here..

Nice video. I would like to ask a question. So I am a pharmacist in Indonesia. So for example, I would like to start a career MSL abroad. Excluding experience, skills, etc. Is it necessary to obtain a pharmacist license in the country where I would like to work as an MSL? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Thank you so much for the video. I have a pharm D degree from Nigeria and an MPH degree from the UK, do you think I can get into an MSL role in a pharmaceutical company in the US?

Great pointers. I'll use them but I fear my age will work against me.

@Or 12 I graduated 17 years with my Pharm D. The presentations and in-services I did for rotations ( which most MSL candidates place on CV's) may not be viewed as relevant by employers. Even most coaches and recruiters tend to work only with recent graduates.

What is the 'recommendation' made during a drug class review? Are unapproved, pipeline drugs covered? C'mon, why do companies think they're so special, lol? $, many drugs are barely better than placebo.

Job well done and thank you so much! Respectfully…. whoever turned on their mic multiple times; have a little chat with that person. This is great advice and tremendous insight for those of us looking to transition as an MSL. Especially at the terminal end of our degree and have copious life/work experiences. All of a sudden, you have this (what comes across as a) flippant person who (seems not) does not care about the gravitas of the situation because they “already made it” and “got theirs.” Well, congratulations whoever you are because comes off as unconsciousnesses at best and completely rude at worst.
