You did a nice job on the shave. Granted the hair was long, dirty and snarly but as a PRO you could have clipped it up and begun combing out the snarls by gently working your way from the neckline up. The cut turned out better than I expected. You had a great opportunity to shine as a Barber but overall you treated the man with disdain and fierce disrespect. I hope he came back during this past year, if only to give you the chance to be more considerate of a dirty man off the street. He didn’t deserve the disrespectful way you handled his hair.
