Mike is probably the most disciplined and motivating person I have ever met! It’s a pleasure to get to train with him every week!

"If you don't know how to fight, if you don't have access to anger and violence on purpose, you can not walk away from a fight honorably. Because you are just straight up afraid, if you don't have what it takes to take a stand, you have no grace to give. You are only afraid." 💚🔥

I looked up to Josh as a high school wrestler. I reached out to him while he was home on winter break from WVU and he took time out of his visit home to train 1-on-1 with me. I was basically just a stranger to him. Great guy

Devon Siegfried is a genuinely good dude. He's come into my boxing kid's camp and helped encourage the kids, served as a station in fitness boxing workouts in my classes at NuAge Fitness, and spent time just the other day helping out one of my favorite students, Tyler. If you're working to get better, some real inspiring stuff here. Both of these guys will help inspire you to new levels.
