They are not Elijah and Moses because they have glorified bodies and could not see death.

Rev.22:16 "I (Lord Jesus) am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star." Rev.1:20 "The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches." Rev.3:1 "These things saith He (Lord Jesus) that has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars." Rev 1:18 " I (Lord Jesus) have the keys of hell and of death." Rev.20:1-3 "And I saw an Angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And He laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season." It is obvious to me that the Angel which releases Satan from the bottomless pit in Rev.9:1 is the same Angel which cast him into the bottomless pit in Rev.20:1-3 and that Angel of God is Lord Jesus Himself because only He has the power and authority to do that. Rev 1:18 " I (Lord Jesus) have the keys of hell and of death."
