You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also. I think in slightly a few more cases you may see it, but only as a result of convince by select buyers. As a whole I don't think it will be much different than it is now. I do think you will see more Buyer's deterred from making purchases simply because they don't know how to start and fear they will have to come out of pocket for an agent. I also think consumer satisfaction will decrease for those in transactions that choose dual agency who otherwise wouldn't have.
