My mother grew up in Seattle. The family moved to Seattle in 1935 or so. She sold ceramics at the market in the middle 1950s. I have very early memories of wandering the market.

And just so you all know, this First Light building is right next to the YWCA on 3rd Avenue, between Lenora and Virginia, where a lot of homeless people and drug addicts hang out and live, sometimes selling stolen goods right there on the sidewalk. So that would be next to either the residential or commercial entrance/exit of this First Light construction. Just saying and letting you know.....

That garage system sounds like a train wreck in the mornings. Any resident feedback? 4 minutes per retrieval across three bays for 200+ cars? How do you charge your electric, or self detail your car? Terrible cost cutting measure. Also why are there no premium amenities? No spa, sauna, hot tub or pool? What accounts for the HOA costs?

When we have shown homes at Spire we have witnessed the automated parking in action. There are actually 3 independent parking lifts and general feedback has been that the system is fast and reliable. The sales team mentioned that the system can handle around 65 vehicles an hour and that the average wait time for vehicle retrieval is approximately 4-5 minutes. Hope this is helpful and let us know if you need more information!

I lived in Belltown for 10 years and LOVED IT. Before it became a liberal cesspool of despair. Most if not all restaurants are gone now.
