En nuestra cultura, no existen dios o dioses, no deidades, no mitología, no creencia, no fe.

I love hearing this song during Sundance rounds. Wakan. As a man who has self-pierced on his own land n’ blessed to have witnessed two Sundances at Wounded Knee and invited this August to a third where I was one of three firemen in the sacred stone pit (also in the arena w smudge cans and standing w/a brother offering flesh at the mother cottonwood tree) this song as others, holds special meaning. To ALL sundancers and drums/singers, a’ho mitakuye oyasin! Walk strong on the canku luta. Wicosni.

This is the song that Ptésaŋwíŋ, "White Buffalo Calf Woman" sung as she approached the village of Chief Owótataŋkamani, "Upright-Walking Buffalo." It has survived for over 400 years.

We are building a bridge from Mayan to Lakota to heal our culture for all the knowledge and for the children of our elders to help those who are missing sisters and lost victims of their way is not for us we will never forget about them all a light we have is a warrior for life and heal those of us
