David your KZbin videos are so amazing. I love them and wish you were still making them!! You are so interesting and kind! I always feel better after watching a video that you have made! I would love to see the Hemingway film. I am a psychologist and it sounds like there is a lot to analyze! I know his behaviour was really problematic and yes is can feel so disappointing. I understand what you meant here speaking about having difficulty with some of what you saw in the film. For what it's worth I can't divorce an artist's behaviour. Some of Picasso's work was brilliant but he was violent and a womanizer and I now avoid his art. For film I avoid Woody Allen. I'd love to see the Chartreuse video that you have mentioned here! I just subscribed to your newsletter! It's exciting! I hope you are well! Take care! 🙂

Hate scooters and noise but I am sensitive to noise. I moved from upper west side Manhattan to queens and the quiet is bliss.

I prefer the use of poultry shears to remove the back bone for a more controllable cleaner cut and obviously for safety. This tip may be of use for those who are knife skills challenged.Looking forward to trying the recipe.
