Thanks for the comment! Yes, a lot of these cards are now psa graded and some are up for auction on eBay ending this Saturday. I meant to upload this video first but I figured better late then never.

Highest offer on eBay I have received so far is $1100. The last 2 sold on eBay are $1325 and $1600. So I would say it’s around $1100-$1600 depending on how patient you are with finding a buyer.

No up-charge on this submission. Tho I did sent them in at a higher submission level. I think it was about $50 per card for grading fees.

are these slabs even profitable if they arent ps 9 or 10 on the higher end stuff? lower end cards?

There was low graded cards that did extremely well in the auction and there was some that did very poorly. It really depends on the specific card and everything involved in acquiring that card. With all that said some of this stuff was Consigment so I’m selling for other people I’m not the original grader. Overall I’m very happy with the results of the auction.

It'd be cool if Konami did an ultimate rare release similar to maximum gold. Feature some old school cards that never came in ultimate rare before. even if it was only a 1st edition run, it'd be such a fun set to try and collect.

That 9.8 is amazing condition.9.4 is also very nice. Any old cardboard games above 9 is very good grade.

i think the random border piece of a card were common in those older tins. I saw the same thing happen with Jobber when he was opening those older tins. It might've even been a vorse raider tin as well lol

what i learn is that centering is usually the biggest issue on poke cards especially the front. a slight skewed card will be a 9 and a big oc auto drops it to 8. the qc on modern cards aren't that great either.
