It's called fluid art. Baroness X often has one on Polish Pickup. I think I've seen that brush at Dollar Tree. Target sells elf brushes but I'm not sure if they have that one. My favorite is the small angled eyeliner brush that I used to get at Dollar Tree. It's now $5 at Target 🥺

I didn't want to bother you since I am only too aware of floods, consequences, and especially no abilities to get cell service to let people know that you are ok. But...how were you affected by flooding, etc??? Been worrying about you!❤

It's pretty both shiny and matte. I feel like the bats pop more on the matte mani. That is such a pretty Cinderella blue base.
