I think he wanted to say, what the steps or the system the client will go through to achieve his goal, will the steps be hard or easy? will the steps be fast or slow, will it be automatic or will he do it with you, what are the steps, or what does the system look like, I think clients will like it when they know what the path they will go through because they value certain things like time and many other values

Thank you, that was very interesting! What I don't understand about your model, though, is how you keep clients after they've gone through your main program. Or do they graduate to a higher tier afterward? Otherwise, you'd always have clients that are at totally different levels in your group calls, wouldn't you?

Great question. The reason most struggle to keep clients is because they sell a “start and end date”. I bring clients in for an initial 4 months, but it’s clear that getting their dream outcome is not a “4 month fix”. So it’s a mix of how you sell, and how you design/deliver the student experience that impacts retention. Having students at different stages isn’t an issue on calls - although the specific problems/situations might be different, a lot of the times the solutions (and lessons from that) are applicable to everyone at every stage of that journey.

They not only don't instruct in good grammar and English anymore. They actually teach bad grammar by accepting it in your work. It has reached a bottom when our president says things like; "Build back better." The word used to be "rebuild". LOL
