Get a stomach ache watching referees just standing there while wrestlers flee the mat.

This guy's spladles are really something. Compared to the nightmarish one he caught Andru Chirtoaca with, this one is rather tame

JT was the strongest wrestler in our area. If he would have developed better tech instead of just trying to muscle everyone, which he did. He would have been unbeatable. Still one hell of a wrestler.

Snyder was before his time in style and strategy, please whatever you have of his please share it. It is fun to watch, but also a great resource for introducing transitions and strategies for short offense and shot-reshot-reshot exchanges to younger wrestlers.

Why didn't Reece chose down ?..when he had choice in 2nd ..He had to know match would be close and 1 pt. could make difference ..someone only does that; if they think they are way superior on their feet , [which I don't think was the case}..or they don't think they can get out ....Did I answer my own question ?

He should’ve chose down

I watched CP, pretty much, his whole career. From the youth days of Brian Bennett to the last trials w/ Harry. CP was a phenomen, i think he got to big for his frame, liked to lift. I feel like his jr year of HS @ 135, it was the perfect wt class to utilize his many talents.

that's why the Cladwell-Metcalf match in 2009 was not as much an upset as people think. Caldwell beat Schlatter who was already a champion. And in 2009 Caldwell beat Metcalf 2 times that year, one was a pin.

I don’t think I have ever seen a boring Lincoln McIlravy match. Guy had some of the craziest come from behind victories in NCAA history. Not even an Iowa fan, but he has always been one of my favorite wrestlers to watch.
