The sticky sauce is home-made easy 'soy glaze' ... soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cook for 7 or 8 minutes. Or get Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze. The kombu is Asian tea made from ground kombu, or use another Asian ice tea. Looks good. Fine narration of your journey to the land of kale! 😂

That's a simple farmer's cheese. Light in flavour. The flavour of grilled haloumi is immense. It's salty yet a full mouth flavour and the texture is uniquely stiff and squeaky on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside... I'm salivating just describing it to you sorry 🤤
