I walk all of the time but mostly because I do not drive and take the bus usually if my boyfriend is not around to drive me. I have been checking my health app on my iPhone and for an entire day I usually walk around 10,000 steps but I can do much more than that and in an entire day the most that I have walked is 23,000 steps. People are super shocked when I tell them this but it does not seem to be helping me loose weight but regardless I keep walking because it's a good time for me to think about things and listen to music.

No problem! Working out and living a healthy lifestyle has always been a struggle for me. For me, personally, I always appreciated videos made by women my size with my struggle so I can get their input. Granted, I still struggle every now and then, but I try to go back to my why. I’ve limited my calories and I’m walking about 20k steps a day for about 7-8 days I decided to jump on the scale today and I was at 187 from 195-203 where my weight would fluctuate. I did start eating better, I am fasting 16/8. I’m not sure exactly what contributed to the weight loss but I do feel better

Does this product have secret sulfates in it???

Not at all! I always check the ingredients before I make my purchase to make sure that there are absolutely no sulfates. Even though some products will say it’s sulfate free, always check the ingredients because there’s usually one or two ingredients that has a type of sulfate in it.

Walking is great physically as well as mentally, but don't make up with 90 minutes. just go back to 30 when you can.. Bill

Don’t give up. I agree, have someone walk with you or you could do some exercises in your home. I think drinking more water and less sodas may also help. Can’t wait to see your progress.

For your eyes to pop more and last longer , prime it with either eyeshadow primer or concealer . Both sold at Walmart and not expensive at all.

Mickey’s Girls thank you so much! You should go ahead and start collecting Minnie ears pins. They’re a lot cheaper than the actual ears lol I recently started pin trading while I was on my honeymoon a few months ago. Since I don’t live anywhere a Disney property, I like to collect as much as I can before I go on a Disney so I can have something to trade with. I mostly like to collect pins that I know for sure would be a good pin to trade with. Yeah, the Lilo and Stitch ornament is my favorite ornament. It was on sale for like $4.99 😱

Your channel will grow and your subscribers will come. You just keep being great. I never would have thought you had a problem with confidence. You do a great job hiding it. Congratulations again on your new marriage. I’m grateful for my family, health and being able to go to Disney as much as I did this year. I look forward in 2020 to going to Disney (of course), make better decisions when needed and continue to be a happy and loving person.

I LOVE Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. It was really fun being able to go on that ride and introduce my boyfriend to that ride. I also really enjoyed watching the opening ceremony as I have never been able to witness it. What's your favorite part of Disney?

You don't need a boyfriend!! :D You need a bucket list. I got out of a relationship a couple of years ago and one thing I learned is until you love yourself completely first, you don't need a boyfriend. I plan on buying a boyfriend pillow because Valentines Day is coming up and sometimes cuddling sounds nice. Buy a pillow. It sounds a lot less dramatic than having a boyfriend. :D lol

Haha. I really think when you love yourself the guys will come dropping in. I am totally working on myself and that right now. It is a process and there are days where like you said it's all you think about...or you see other couples in love and it feels weird...but hang in there. Find some hobbies and passions/dreams to accomplish. :D You are gorgeous and your positive energy will attract you more positive energy!
