waterwixxxer I know what u mean but it's all about how u feel when ur moving and how u look when u move, it'll be hard for u to understand but baggy sweats will make ur movement more flowy,

keep practicing brother don't worry you'll get there. just be patient. it will get better with more practice and time. I'll get a little easier as you look at the screen and your guitar. just a suggestion you may wanna try the riff repeater. try a little section at a time until you get used to what you are playing. I find it helpful for me. oh yeah practice practice and more practice

Freerun is just the English word for parkour, so it's the same thing, but now a days it's used incorectly.
