Great work! It's definitely great to see Nightwing get recovered as well as Robin. I will however echo the sentiment from the comments here that it's best to leave Robin just Robin in the currently released mod, as I appreciate that one very much as well.

This version of Robin I'm working on is based on a concept art for Arkham Origins Online. And I'm not reworking this to replace the one i already released, this is for another big project I'm working on.

That Arkham City Joker video was just a proof of concept, so it's not going to be released so soon, as doing a full fleshed playable Joker for AC isn't really possible right now, due to lack of assets, no animation support in the modding tool, etc.

the Asylum gadgets were planned to return as extra gadgets you'd have to unlock on the WayneTech menu.

I got a suggestion for another mod. A mod that allows you to use other characters freely in Dual Play stealth, such as pairing Batgirl and Nightwing together, or Harley and Catwoman. However, have them all be able to perform the instant takedown move since enemies normally just collapse onto the ground out of nowhere instead.

Pretty old comment, but will this Joker be playable via Freeroam? Most are aware that the Origins Joker has no moveset capability for movement making him completely useless in movement, and i have been personally itching for a way to play as joker that isn't a gimpy mesh swap, something more like a batsuit that is just joker so I can use him in NG+ (Akin to how most of the arkham games have a mode making joker a batsuit, as i have not found one for origins anywhere) or just a really fun well flowing Joker that is viable in Gotham. Even if it won't be able to free roam, I'm totally picking this up!

I can't, this is a dev build of the game, all I've done was restore the gadgets and make them selectable. They're long gone and not in the retail builds of the game anymore.

These gadgets seem like they were nearly finished. Wonder how much they were planning for Joker? I know they originally wanted you to be able to play as the villains in certain parts of the story, but I assume that part was scrapped early on. So was this Joker gonna be DLC? Or maybe just someone you unlock for challenge maps after you beat the game?

Yup, exactly, that pitch was for Joker, they made and tested about 4 playable story section maps for him, and even wanted to turn it into a episode DLC, like Catwoman's Episodes in Arkham City, but for unknown reasons, they decided to scrap that idea, simplify it, and leave it for a small section in the game. Joker was also originally their main DLC playable character, but he got replaced by Deathstroke afterwards.
