First saw these guys at The Marquee in 1984 and I have never stopped enjoying their music ever since.

Beautiful song by an amazing band. Saw them back as a 14 year old in 85 supporting The Alarm in a small venue in Dublin, never heard of them until that day, Today I listen to their songs 100 times more than tunes by the Alarm (with the exception of Dave Sharp's work), Great stuff!

Can't believe Billy wrote this song back in the eighties! the lyrics stand up so strongly now in 2023. I did nick , the lyric Country Of The Blind for one of my songs (go to Dave Tommo you tube Channel) called Obey. I saw The Faith Brothers a few times live. They were a great band and should have been heard by way more people..RIP Billy you were a genious ! love Dave Tommo X

I didn't know Billy had died, that's really sad as he couldn't have been very old.

This is the song I have been searching for for AGES!!! I only remembered the trumpet part and I recreated it and put it on soundcloud but never got no answer, until I posted it on a music group on facebook. Two days and I got my answer. Fantastic!

Wow, I just love KZbin sometimes. I met the bass player Lee many moons ago, 27 yrs in fact. He told me about having been in this band. Went through some old photos recently and thought of him again and now all these years later I can find all their music on here. Lovely stuff

Totally gutted to find out Billy had died. Feckin loved the Faith Brothers. Remember the first time I heard Stranger on the radio and it blew me away. Couldn't wait to tell my friend about it. Really loved The Tradesmans Entrance as well. Can't believe it. R.I.P Billy Franks, you were awesome. ❤
