I love that it’s available on Spotify through Just Like Vinyl, but there’s something about the tone of the early demos (especially 30 Years War era) that moves something in my soul. Nostalgia is such a strange feeling.

The interlude around 2:20 reminds me of a grand funk song and I couldn't love it more

lol why does it sound okay when he loses the rhythm but when I did in my old band it sounded like utter shit. Oh, when thom fucks up he is still brilliant.

If this is in his freshman year, I'm in my sophomore year. Erak gives me great hopes to myself as a vocalist and guitarist. Such an inspiration.

So true, the Ghostship Demos are the only thing I'd put definitively above hes pre-TFoT music. He's progression as a musician has been stranger than most. I still believe he'll eventually come out with something that surpasses all his previous work. Talent doesn't just vanish.

Somehow I always come back to Thomas' old music. Tribune and 30 years' war, were fucking amazing. And to think how young they were. Bloody brilliant.

@blink182skaterforlif They were actually The Tribune. Dunno why everyone suddenly started to think they were just Tribune.
