Back in about 1976 or so a friend of mine now deceased had a Glastron Carlson 460 jet I believe. It was blue in color and about 21 foot in length and had a cuddy cabin in the bow with a transparent hatch skylight in the center of the bow’s roof. the windshield only about half chest high if you were standing in the cockpit was actually angled away from the passenger compartment, does anybody know what model of Glastron that was

Sorry for commenting on this video instead, but comments were disabled on the video of the Scimitar. I realized while watching it that it is the exact boat my family used to own! (My father Bruce hung those green fuzzy dice from the roof) I was just curious about whatever came of the boat. I can't spot it in any of your other videos including some Glastron regattas. Is it still floating? running? sold? Just curious. I'm sure my dad would love a little update on it. It was his favorite model of boat ever made and he was really proud to own it despite all the headaches that come with boat ownership. (Pretty sure my mother made him sell it lol) -Devin

Haha. Very Cool boat. However, i'll bet it wont do over 45 trimmed out like that. Waste of power. All the water is airborne. The thing is, fast boat guys know it too so it looks pretty silly.
