There is a cutout tool on the Contractor app (look under the spade icon). This just allows you to cut out from the background and use that sample to cover other areas. Cloning brushes and tools are exclusive to the desktop-based PRO Landscape software.

You can easily create detailed views. Zoom into the detailed area then use VIEW>SAVE to save that particular detailed view. You can then RECALL any of those views at any time from the VIEW menu. When you go to print, you will have options to print the entire drawing, or any or all of those detailed views you have previously created. Same process as "scale plot plan" except you use the Google Earth image as your background. Make sure you have a known measurement. Just use the Scale Plot Plan Wizard and it will walk you through the process. FILE>NEW>SCALE PLOT PLAN

Which shouldn’t matter, and again- double billing whether it’s an app or your own mistake -you should offer to reconcile and then also to be proactive to repair this flaw. It’s really not ok while I’m in the rush of design and your software shuts me out from the plant list despite that I’m up to date, forces me to send payment (because I’m busy working and need access) through the device, and then I am billed again outside my device, in my bank statements... Your response does not apologize for my inconveniences nor does it offer to fix this problem with your app. KZbin is a public platform where others can see and form opinions about your software. You have a decent item but your library is a little Meh and should include plants in and out of flower, and also allow for uploading of better photos by your users.

When someone subscribes to the Contractor app, we don't process that payment and also don't receive any individual user information on where to process a refund to even if we could. You should be able to log into your account and see all of your purchases. Once you see that, there is a place to report a problem and there is also a Request a Refund dropdown. reportaproblem.apple.com If you are getting double-billed through the app store, you should see a record of it there. That being said, let us know directly if you still are having difficulty accessing your library.

You will want to fill the area with the color first...then drag and drop the appropriate hatch pattern from the Content Explorer on top of the already placed color. If you need more help, just give us a call on the support line and we can walk you through it. 816-421-6678

Then just drag and drop your pattern from the Content Explorer. Also note that you will most likely need to change the scale of the pattern up in the Edit Bar.

You need to access the video tutorials directly from the PRO Landscape program. If you are in Planner or Image Editor, go to HELP menu and select tutorials. These are unlisted videos that will not be found via the KZbin search screen. There are around 6.5 hours of tutorials linked from the program.

You can create your base design on the tablet, then transfer to the computer, but you won't be importing drawings from other sources (PDF/DWG/DXF, etc.) directly on the iPad app...those imports will need to be done on the desktop.
