That can work too, I've tried it! Not as effective as standing against the wall though.

@resilientbeing44722 күн бұрын
You’re welcome. Definitely modify or hold off when you’re feeling any sharp pain. You can do most of these corrective and core exercises regularly even daily. If you’re getting knee pain on the reverse lunge it’s likely due to glute not being engaged enough.

I have been in chronic pain for ten years. Pinched nerves head to toe. Not a disease, a muscular skeletal Issue. I cannot make it stop. I am exhausted. I am listening to the signal. I have taken many, many actions. I have ignored it, and i have dived into it. I don't know what else to do.

@@Y.unalesca I feel for you. This type of pain will require you to surrender and listen even deeper. To trust there are answers that you will find. It’s an invitation to begin healing on many different levels and take back your health.

@@4refgwergdfg Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I know that life can be really tough at times for all of us. While my approach may not resonate with everyone, it’s something that’s helped me navigate my own challenges-even if they aren’t always visible to others. As for the ‘woo woo,’ I get it-it’s not everyone’s thing. But sometimes a little ‘woo’ can do wonders when life gets heavy. Whatever you’re going through, I hope you find what brings you peace and strength. Wishing you the best on your path!

Hello Brother It is very good that you have crossed 2k subscribers on your KZbin channel. Your videos are very qualitative. I observed your videos and saw that the videos are not getting many views. You are not getting as many video views as you have subscribers. The reason why your videos are not getting views is because your videos are not ranking on KZbin and are not reaching the audience. If you want to get views on your videos then you need to pay special attention to KZbin SEO. Because your KZbin SEO score is very weak. If you are interested in KZbin SEO then I can help you. Let's collaborate on implementing these tactics to grow your channel organically.
