It is better to visit in the afternoon if you want to use the beach and so you can see the sights better. Now that it's winter, it is quite cold in the evenings. At night is better during the summer months since it's cooler, if you want to have dinner it is very nice and the playgrounds are open for kids.

Hello po, yes open po yung hole sa ilalim. Nag momist pa din sya, lalo yung matagal mo syang gagamitin, or mag out door activity dahil totally sealed yung buong mask, except sa butas sa ilalim. In my opinion, more pang porma or style sya.
