beautiful idea! my only concern is the long term of this project. would you be able to clean it without breaking off the vitrigraph. thinking of dusting, etc...
@TabithasGlassEmporium6 күн бұрын
We think a gentle clean with duster or a microfibre cloth will work well. :)

It looks so nice! I love the mirror -- I would have been nervous that the glue would be too visible, but it looks so natural! I would call this upscaling? GREAT PROJECT!

Tabitha, Honey, either have someone hold up a sheet to filter the light coming in through the window behind the person holding the camera or wear sunglasses. You looking into that bright light looks painful.

This is one of my favorite demonstrations. Thank you for narrating so carefully. So many techniques here. Tina’s painting always lifts these pieces to another level. I appreciate this all so much. Plus it’s gorgeous and inspiring ❤

Brilliant! So good to see you both. A special treat seeing Riva❤. Happy new year beautiful friends! Tabitha, I am wondering if you would be so kind as to do a video on how to clean up some pressed glass in the sandblaster. I received one for Christmas and wondering how to go about it. ❤thank you

Great hearts great idea I understand how you very basically cut the v shape on the tile saw but How did you do the two rounded top parts of the heart? Thank you
@TabithasGlassEmporium20 күн бұрын
Hi Carol, using grinder you can make round shape on top of the heart. We have a great grinder called The Grinder.

Thanks❤. Great idea to first fuse a colourful slab and then cut it up to create hearts. I don't have a saw so that means the slab must be thin enough for me to cut manually. I'll give it a try.

Try using Art Clay overlay paste for the silver, you paint it on the glass. With the foil, your shapes are limited, with the silver paste you aren’t as limited.
