What I do with DC motors that have rust is dip them in vinegar for a day to remove the rust.

Label the drill in your TITLE. ""Easy Milwaukee worn out drill chuck replacement stubborn remova"".l I have two Milwaukees and thought this would solve the 'stubborn' stuck chuck. You guys who pick one model are wasting countless hours of our time. Fail.

I miss video of assembling the hammer action unit. I disassembled mine dhp484 and has no clue where to put two plastic rings. Reason I disassembled was that it was grinding the hammer action rings also in normal drill mode. Sent it to Makita but they said it is normal. So I was hammer screwing deck screws but got annoyed by the sound and feel. Could you help?

@@powertoolsrepair I did it for 20 seconds and it didn't work. So I did it again for 1 minute and it worked! Thank you so much for the video. One of the battery cells was showing under 3v but when I jumped it for 1 minute it brought it up to 3.5v. The other 2 were 4.2v. When I charged it the bad cell only went up 3.8 so we'll see if it holds up. It charged and works in my drill and it hasn't worked for over 2 years. I'll try putting the battery to use, discharging it a good bit, charging it again and I'll report back.

Which is the best technically and most reliable in your opinion ? For me I think it's hikoki but I don't know anything about it. What is your opinion as a repairer ? Do you think of any other products that are clearly reliable ? Thank you.
