Yes it does. It is explained in the Alabasta part, at the start, that as this is Memoria they see The Straw Hats as they were back then. There is an option when you are at camp though where you can change outfits. Sadly I've not gotten one new outfit yet.

@@RealYARP Well that's where the story mechanic comes into play, as they had their powers stripped and put into cube form, so they're not as strong as they should be. I still found it not too difficult to progress though. Hope you enjoy the series too, I've re-watched the entire thing about 3-4 times. What is your favourite arc so far? In the early parts, I loved Loguetown.
