Eating a couple of eggs with each meal daily may not be healthy for a few reasons: Cholesterol Levels: Eggs are high in cholesterol. Consuming them in large quantities might contribute to increased blood cholesterol levels, which can raise the risk of heart disease in some individuals. Nutritional Imbalance: Relying heavily on eggs can lead to an imbalance in your diet. While eggs are a good source of protein and other nutrients, they lack certain vitamins, minerals, and fiber found in other food groups like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Variety and Risk of Overconsumption: Eating a repetitive diet with a focus on one food can limit the variety of nutrients you consume. A balanced diet typically includes a wide range of foods to ensure you're getting all necessary nutrients.

I disagree. Cholesterol is essential for many reasons

Moderation involves balancing consumption in a way that supports overall health, rather than indulging in potentially unhealthy foods on a daily basis. Having Oreos once a day might seem moderate, but it could lead to excessive intake of sugar and calories, which may impact your health negatively. True moderation means enjoying treats occasionally and in small quantities while maintaining a balanced diet with a focus on nutritious foods.

Yet many do not realize that their everyday ‘healthy’ granola bar has the same amount of sugar as an oreo

Eating only meat, eggs, and fruit can lead to several nutritional imbalances and health issues: Nutrient Deficiencies: You might lack essential nutrients found in vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, such as fiber, certain vitamins (like vitamin C and some B vitamins), and minerals (like magnesium and potassium). Fiber Deficiency: A diet lacking in vegetables and whole grains can result in insufficient fiber intake, potentially leading to digestive issues such as constipation. Unbalanced Macronutrients: While fruit provides carbohydrates and meat and eggs provide protein and fats, you may miss out on balanced macronutrient ratios and important fatty acids from other sources. Potential for Excessive Saturated Fat: High consumption of meat and eggs can lead to excessive intake of saturated fat, which might raise cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease. Lack of Variety: A limited diet can lead to monotony, which might affect overall dietary satisfaction and long-term adherence.

Did you know animal products are a huge contributor to heart disease cancer and diabetes? Which is why many of the carnivores you see have terrible bloodwork including whole good keto low carb etc etc? Grains like oats quinoa buckwheat etc etc are 100% scientifically backed leagues and bounds better for you than animal products. You mention "seed oils" as if the saturated fat and cholesterol found in meat is any better for you as we've seen via meta-analysis after meta-analysis it's simply not true. With all do respect you don't know what youre talking about and just regurgitating what you've heard other people say. Carbs are not only healthy but necessary for optimal function espeically brain function it's been studied to death and is just a basic biological fact. You are recommending canned tuna high in contaminants and cholesterol while discouraging grains while at the same time complaining about obesity when the main risks are the same risks you can develop from eating the food you are reccomending? By this logic you don't need to eat but a little every few days. Are we talking literal life sustaining necessity or what's optimal? Because animal produces definetly arent optimal whereas certain grains can be. And since I'm almost 100% positive you dont know what you are on about i can link you all the relevant scientific paperss if you want to see real evidence for once.Did you know animal products are a huge contributor to heart disease cancer and diabetes? So i am not on a sardine fast challenge but i have incorporated sardines 2-3xs daily the past 5 days. Started my menstrual cycle and have barely had any cramps whatsoever!!! I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2001. Ill be 47 this month. So the Omega 3s are definitely what ive been missing my diet for so long and i hardly have any cravings! So i think they are great at eliminating prostaglandins which is what's supposed to cause cramps and pain. Definitely recommend eating these regularly for women for good cycle health. Im also feeling alot more satisfied and alot of energy! Now i plan to do the challenge and do 3 days to Kickstart my weight loss. Gllonna get this glowing skin too! Had i discovered sardines when I was your age my health would be different but we all have different experiences. 😊 we can live healthy and amazing lives to 120 if we take care of our bodies and stay away from toxic relationships and jobs. I love them with lemon juice , minced red onions and kalamata olives. Love yourself girl! ❤

People are so mean in the comments. Not wanting to be sick and diabetic is not an eating disorder. She is not an unhealthy weight. Eating whatever garbage you want and in any quantity sounds more like an eating disorder to me. There is nothing wrong with being conscious of what goes into your body.

Sry if this offends the creator but not all food is “not real food” just bc it’s got a bit of gluten in it or sugar ect. If ur watching this bc you want to look “good” Unless it’s a health reason that a doctor gave to you pls don’t restrict yourself from eating food like wraps ❤️❤️ wraps r perfectly healthy for you and we literally need grains to survive also your not gonna feel satisfied if you’re craving a wrap or smth and get the healthy version. the reason why most of the beef jerky has seed oils and added sugar is because it makes it taste better so in reality that beef jerky probably tastes gross and your not gonna eat most of it.
@lexinoelv
@lexinoelv 5 күн бұрын
Hi! I understand your comment however the we do not need grains to survive. Only eating for entertainment is leading to the obesity epidemic. We should nourish our bodies with real Whole Foods. There is no need for the over consumption of these ultra processed fake foods on a daily basis like most consumer today. The chronic illness we see today is preventable with diet and lifestyle
