No bro, not aware of details about servicing, I haven't had it serviced till now, it's working fine. I have seen people never servicing seikos or orients for 5-10 years without any issues.

Hi bro, titan edge tend to lose their value rather fast, meaning you can find them for a lot of discount on the pre-owned market. If you are getting a very good deal, then go for it. If not, try in the pre-owned market or go for a Casio instead.

Hey sir, thanks for watching the videos <3 You can get authentic brand new hmt watches either on the website www.hmtwatches.in/ or from the HMT ABD shop in Jalahalli, Bengaluru. Unfortunately those 2 places don't usually have handwounds like pilot, janata, kohinoor, for which the only way now is through the pre-owned market groups on FB. Some NOS (new old stock) watches also come for sale in these groups along with preowned ones.

Thanks bro! 2 things to mention bro, the watch truly is big so if u have a wrist smaller than 6.5 inches u might avoid it or try before buying. Second, the stock leather strap is a bit stiff and needs time to break in and soften. Other than that, awesome watch, I love mine :)

Yes bro, this is an entry level movement derived from Seiko so tolerance are on higher side. Higher end movements perform better.

It's decent for your first automatic watch, u can check offerings from Timex as well. No hand winding on the alba movement, y676 Seiko derived movement with no hacking or handwinding. So it means u have to shake the watch to start it up :)

Movement is reliable bro, no issues till now. But personally looking back, I could've saved a bit more and bought a Seiko directly, instead of buying an alba then a Seiko later which I did.

hi bro, the handwounds are difficult to get from website now, the only reasonable way left is to keep an eye on the preowned hmt watches group (linked in description) for anyone to list theirs for sale. the quartz and stellar automatics are easily available online or in the bangalore abd shop

2000 is reasonable bro, but you need to check the authenticity and confirm the same from seller, make sure every part (dial, hands, case) is original and movement servicing has been done recently.

would need the exact budget u r looking for to suggest accordingly. but in general any of the HMT hand wounds (janata, pilot, kohinoor) are very well suited to the smaller wrist you could also look at casio enticer range for dial size smaller than 38mm

Do you happen to know if Citizen sold them that movement as well? That day and date setting is like something I have seen in 1970s vintage watches and I’m surprised to see that it hand winds. It looks like it does not hack? Overall a really handsome watch. I hope the current management sees the virtue in investing in automatic movements and making more models available to their customers.
