Senna spoiled Williams party that day. They thought any of their driver could win, so Sega as their sponsor could be happy. But Senna did what he did best. Wrote his legend. 🥲

This is regarded as one of the great wet weather drives & rightly so, however equally as impressive for me is Michael Schumacher's drive at Barcelona 96 in a Ferrari that was running on 9 cylinders & a car that would have stood little chance of scoring points in the dry. Both legends though.

(Corrected)Senna lapped every driver in the race except Damon Hill. Who finished in second but was still over a minute behind Senna (Senna was driving the mp4/8 had a semi sequential gearbox, electronic engine management software, chassis control, data acquisition and telemetry systems, active suspension set-up and traction control and 80 hp less than the Williams FW-15C who had anti-lock brakes, traction control, active suspension, and a semi and fully-automatic gearbox)

He had better chassis and electronics than williams at that moment. The only cons of Mclaren was the engine which was 80hp weaker than Renault. This don't make the his victory less impressive, never! but we need to be honest in front of facts.

Senna "only" went 4 times to change tires while Prost did it 7 times, as the majority of the field.

Balestre parou a corrida antes, para Senna não passar prost, mesmo assim quem cruzou a linha primeiro foi AYRTON SENNA, porém para Prost vencer Balestre considerou a volta anterior antes da bandeirada. Essa é a fórmula 01 desses tolos que não reconhecem Senna como o rei da chuva e melhor piloto de todos os tempos. Prost parou para trocar pneus sete vezes em Donington PARK, Senna apenas quatro, até onde eu sei pneu nada tem a ver com eletrônica e sim o quanto você é bom de verdade para ficar na pista molhada com pneus secos. Ou vão dar uma de Balestre aqui falando que é eletrônica? Teve um GP que Prost rodou na volta de apresentação com sua Ferrari em 92. A eletrônica da Ferrari nesse dia era inferior?
