However not easy to punch like this . Ps I have hand on my mobile phone to do it without stabilizer device. So it does not deliberately shake . kzbin.infopYkfyNb-wTA?si=kl3qNP6MP2PjRvS6

It was mentioned by Wushu Quest that this style is also called Cai Jia Quan. Is it the same as the Choy Gar of Choy Lei Fut?

A few comments saying this is no good, but where are the performances of the critics?

There was a time ,many senior in the CKTPS club able to throw a typical punch like this . I blame the video producer in order to save effort to get a credible senior as a technical consultant complete the filming project. Just Blindly direct the way a performance punch like ordinary beginer to fool average viewers. Theregfore it got alot of complain. kzbin.infopYkfyNb-wTA?si=fAeeUvbBq9CBFBG2

You also clinch your teeth when fighting so you don’t get hit and bite your own tongue. The step and lift leg is also to uproot their foot without occupying your hands.

A very lazy performance. Show no passion/feeling in his movements. Stances too narrow and not stable, strikes no aim or power.

“五华” is possibly not meaning "Five Chinese", instead it likely means the location "五华县“ (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuhua_County). Therefore “Five Chinese Fist" is a terrible and misleading translation.
@MartialArtsHall4 ай бұрын
Hello brother, The *Five Chinese* refers to the five people, who, throughout the history of the art, passed the lineage down to Sifu Ku Choi-Wah's father. It's nothing to do with a location. This is from Sifu Ku Choi-Wah

Bro you look like a clown saying that :'D MMA stands for mixed martial arts so no one steps into a ring with 100% kung fu or jiujitsu or muay thai. They use something when it's useful, kung fu included. You can say the same thing to BBJ dudes rolling on the ground like "uhhh, lets see you throwing punches on a ring". He will use another martial art for that. Duh :D
