Don't know man, tried a mono gravirose but I felt like it's too slow. Since one only has an occasional wing wind blast to protect it, your opponent will often push to kill it during their turn, especially if they went first. This format has many outs to it: cyd, jain, kalut, honest, trooper, sirocco, ryko (turn 2) and many more. I only managed to use its effect once every 5 times I summoned it over 30 duels. In addition, I often felt like dandy was not a good choice because I didn't have any follow ups (no lonefire, no cybervalley, couldn't tribute the tokens this turn) and always ended up sending either gardna or plague. The only times it helped was to synchro a goyo/brionac. Any thoughts/suggestions?

No one played Cyber Valley in Amaryllis when Gravirose was first tested a few years back. Also with Hero Beat not being played nearly to the same extent as it was back then it also changs Gravirose's position in the Plant deck.

The issue with cutting millers is that there’s no way to really search Amaryllis Gravirose doesn’t do that and is still easily outed by a lot of cards Sirocco Card Trooper Jain Cyber Dragon Shura with Kalut etc. Where Lyla at minimum starts your milling and could +1 if you hit amaryllis, plague, necro, dandy, any plant

@@TheMacroShow I'm not sure yet if cutting them all together is the right move, perhaps 2 lyla 1 charge is the correct ratio. My intention with this video was to highlight some of the pros and cons I've found with Gravirose, Valley and the Lightsworns. With that being said seeing amaryllis is not always needed, spamming tytannials is already a solid gameplan whilst digging through your deck with Valley.

For the Ryko / Fulhelmknight Interaction. The Fulhelmknight can also target itself in grave to special summon, and you do not need other X-Sabers in grave to activate it either.

Hi, I'm Divoratore93 , it's similar to my list with which I made the top 4 at a regional in October. the spies are very strong but I don't know if I would play them again, I think giant rat is much stronger

As I mentioned in the video my bigges gripe with recruiters, like Giant Rat, is that when your opponent doesn't attack into them they become a whole lot worse. Especially Rat in X-Sabers where you need Cat in Main phase 1. They just hold off until they can either monarch it away, icarus or dark armed dragon pop it, or summon enough monsters to attack through the recruiter floats, forcing you into X-Saber cards instead of Cat. So the whole point of Giant Rat, getting you to Cat, is not resolving. While Spy you can flip it up on your own and get the effect and make plays from there if your opponent does not attack into it.

How do you win against hero beat decks?

Hero Beat is quite easy. Their deck is naturally very weak to Icarus Attack and having Sirocco+Whirlwind pairs grabbing you kalut means they cannot run over your monsters. Just be vary to not unnecessarily play into their trap cards, the longer the games goes on the more favored BW is to win against these types of decks.
